With more than 18 years of legislative
and lobbying experience, Kimberly
focuses on a wide range of issues from
technology and broadband, workforce
development, education and afterschool, healthcare, human services and youth issues. Ms. Lewis played an instrumental role in bringing high-speed broadband to all of California’s public libraries, creating California's dual-generational CalWORKs home visiting program, and ensuring that parent engagement became a statewide priority in the Local Control Funding Formula. Kimberly has secured over $500 million in state funding for a variety of state-wide and local programs through the State Budget process. Ms. Lewis provides strategic advice and coalition building as well as manages the firm's legislative tracking system, plans events for clients, including lobby days and receptions, and coordinates all clients' services.
